Came out today for a hot water heater issue. Upon arrival the homeowner stated that the water on one side of the house was taking way to long to come out of the faucet. This is a 75 gallon power vent hot water heater with a taco circulator pump attached. Upon inspection I found a fault in the water movement system. I presented the homeowner with multiple options and the homeowner went with the economy option. I was able to replace the circulator pump today. The economy package also includes maintenance for the basement York furnace and Goodman ac system.
