Performed air duct cleaning and sanitation on a 4 bedroom home. All vents and ductwork are clear of dust and debris at this time. System is functioning properly at this time. Recommend duct cleaning every 3-4 years. Performed a first floor dryer vent cleaning. Dryer vent, duct, flex duct and lint trap are all clear of lint and debris at this time. Completed 50 gallon Bradford white water heater, and st 5 expansion tank installation. Adapted to all existing connections. Bled air from all water lines. Set to (hot) setting. Cycled and tested, system working properly at this time.

Performed a amperage readings on the condenser fan motor and compressor both are operating properly at this time. Changed the 16x25x1 filter. Cleared out drain line. System is operating properly properly at this point.

Performed a amperage test on the condenser fan motor and compressor. Both are operating properly. Drain line is drawing changed out the 16x25x1 filter. System is operating properly at this point. Carrier Model # CA13NA0360NGACBA Serial # CA13NA036-C The second floor unit is a zoned system made sure both thermostat are working properly. The temperature split was 19. Complete a amperage readings on the compressor and condenser fan motor both are operating properly. The gravity drain was operating changed 24x24x1 filter. PU part in 1574 garage. Use the app/process for Precise Home to dispatch and arrive. Replace the relay on Payne air handler. Serial #2406a71335 model #Pf1mnc031. This is not a universal relay. Part will need to be ordered. 3/17/23-PT- came out today to install a new relay on a Payne air handler. Upon arrival I powered the system down and removed the access panels. I removed the relay from the housing and installed a new one. I connected all the proper wiring and tested the system. Further diagnostics were needed. I found that the thermostat was not operating properly as well. I removed the existing thermostat and briefly attached a t4 set up for a heat pump. I called for heat and the system started right up and is operating properly. I reached out to Tim at Precise Home Renovation and explained the issue at hand. After Tim and PA talked it was determined that I would continue with the repair at the quoted price below. I removed the old thermostat and installed a new t4 programmable

Came out today to inspect a runaway heat pump that is only heating on aux heat. Payne air handler model #pf1mnc031, serial #2406a71335. Upon arrival I called for heat to test the system. I observed the system start and go directly to aux heat. I powered it down waited and called for ac. The system started normally and has a temp split of 18°. I powered it back down waited and called for heat again. The system still went directly to aux heat. I traced the control voltage and found a bad relay. Normally I would just try to replace the relay however this relay has a board attached to it. This is a specific part that would need to be ordered. Once the repair is made further diagnostics may be needed.

Came out today to replace 75 gal direct vent water heater. Upon replacement we drained system, removed old expansion tank, and cut out water heater. We adapted to all existing copper water lines, gas line and direct vent PVC. we installed new expansion tank as well. System is working properly at this time. Model # RG2PV75H6N Serial # YC49461035
