Performed preventative maintenance for a carrier air handler. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. Tested the drain pan and drain line with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. Checked all electrical components needed for air conditioning to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. The air filter was recently replaced by the homeowner size 20x30x1. The blower motor amp draw is within normal range. The temperature split is at a 20. The condenser coils are clean and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are .61 for the fan and 8.9 for the compressor. The refrigerant pressures are 88/175. These are normal readings for r-22 refrigerant with an ambient temperature of 58°. The system is operating properly at this time.
