Did a preventative maintenance customer changed 20x20x1 filter. Did a amp on compressor and condenser fan motor. Both are operating properly. Drain was full of blown in insulation. See estimate for items sold. all work is completed EXCEPT we will need to return to install the whole house air purifier/UVLIGHT. customer paid for half of these repairs. Clients would like receipt mailed to him. Manufacturer. System is operating properly at this point. Did a preventative maintenance on a gas furnace. During the maintenance I clean the flame sensor and I also cleaned out the trap for the high-efficiency furnace. And I made sure that the drain was draining. Also I did a combustion test the PPM was 28 and the O2 was nine. I did an amp check on the inducer motor and the blower motor which both me the furnace specs. Cleaned out the burner box and the blower motor housing customer changed filters. Filter size 3(14x14x1) 2(20x20x1) m#59SC2D080E17–16 s#2620A59266 customer paid for a 1 year maintenance agreement for a Air-conditioning tuneup in 2023 and customer used the heater maintenance today for her maintenance agreement System is operating properly at this time
Homeowner has Bradford White S#WE45219528 (50 gallon gas direct vent) water heater. Existing ST-5 expansion tank. Water pressure per my gauge is 75 PSI. Per expansion tank sizing chart the ST-5 is acceptable for this application based on pressure and the temperature setting. Homeowner has water heater set at “factory setting” which is about 110 degrees to 120 degrees. Any setting above 160 degrees would require the ST-12 for 50 gallon. Preventative maintenance ac system. Homeowner replaces own (20x20x1). He has (3) filter grilles in the home. He maintains filters on a schedule. Coil inspection, gravity drain draining properly, amperage check on ac related components and 410a refrigerant charge verified correct. 17.2 degree delta T reading. Left IAQ recommendation. Has had duct cleaning performed by Chud and heater maintenance.

Performed maintenance on high efficiency furnace in attic. Customer had already changed all three filters in the ceiling upon my arrival. Cleaned flame sensing rod and burner compartment. Performed combustion analysis and furnace is venting properly with no carbon monoxide. Unable to install humidifier due to furnace being located in attic in un conditioned space. Tested and cycled furnace, furnace is operating properly at this time.
