Arrived to perform dryer vent cleaning and customer stated they have a new dryer that isn’t working and the repair man said it probably has a clog. I noted right away that there was air flow . Upon doing the cleaning I began to realize that the ductwork has a substantial amount of water built up in the ductwork. We will need to return after the dryer is running periodically over the weekend to dry out the duct. Dryer is safe to run as there is still sufficient exhaust flow. Customer is aware of the clog fee upon return.
