Follow up visit following diagnostic work performed by Paul T. Went through necessary diagnostic steps under the guidance of Lennox field supervisor. Determined that the unitary/modulating control board must be replaced first in order to complete further diagnostic work. During the follow up visit, we are going to try and coordinate for Lennox field representative to be on site due to previous issues with this system. See estimates for follow up details.
