Performed preventative maintenance for a Goodman heat pump system model #GSZ160361BD, serial #2011712120. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. Tested the drain pan, drain line and condensate pump with several cups of hot water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs in the system. Replaced the Merv11 air filter size 16x25x5 (chud supplied). Checked all electrical components needed for air conditioning to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. The blower motor amp draw is at 3.1. The temperature split is at a 19. The condenser coils are clean and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are 8.7 for the compressor and .67 for the fan. The refrigerant pressures are within normal range for the temperature outside today. The system is operating properly at this time.
