Surveyed home with a Lennox SL280UH090 upflow gas furnace that is paired with a EL16036 style outdoor condensing unit. This system was installed around 2017. The homeowner advised that the installing contractor added return ductwork and also 10 years of maintenance and filters. The complaint is that the system is not able to keep up on days when there is high heat and humidity. Homeowner advised that overall the heating performance seems to be consistent.
