Scope of work. Drain system. Replace (1) Taco 223 (2” right angle flo-check that is leaking. Replace flanges for taco 0012 circulator pump. Re-wire in line voltage for that pump. Add (2)-1-1/4” sprirovents to each boiler supply line at boiler’s. Remove (2) taco right angle flo-checks since the circulator pumps are equipped with “IFC’s” and repipe with 1-1/2” copper. We will need to solder the 2” and 1-1/2” fittings since the press jaws only go up to 1-1/4”. All materials are ordered through John M. who manages the Ferguson branch in Abington. All materials will be available for pickup Thursday morning by 8 at the branch. After modifications are completed, the system will need to filled and purged/vented again for proper operation. Returned to complete the low voltage wiring for taco and tekmar control. Made necessary adjustments to low voltage wiring. There is an emergency Tekmar control on site for future use on this system. The part was included with the installation. Balance was collected on 12/23/22 for this job. We tested the system several times to verify water is heating properly and radiators are free of air. N/C, part of install.

Went to a no hot water call. It was not a problem with water heater pilot was out on the boiler. After zone one was not calling for heat. Zone control board is bad. So is temperature relay on the indirect water heater. Customer did not want to do the repair he wants both boilers replaced. M#Aqua plus 45 s2 s#Cp7696328

Performed dryer vent cleaning. Dryer vent, duct, flex hose and lint trap are all clear of lint and debris at this time. Dryer is functioning properly at this time. Recommend dryer vent cleaning every 1-2 years.

Remove and replace failed high pressure switch. Order 86m36 pressure switch and a tee fitting to add pressure switch externally on the liquid line due to factory switch being brazed on.

Came out today for a no AC call. Upon inspection I found the indoor unit operating but the out door unit was not operating. I tested to insure the unit was getting the proper volt and found that there was 24 volts going into the high pressure switch but not coming out to pull in the contactor. I tried to reset the high pressure switch several times with no success. I then bypassed the pressure switch and the unit started right up. The pressure switch has failed and needs to be replaced. Order pressure switch and a tee fitting to add the switch externally on the liquid line due to the factory switch being brazed on.
