Performed a first floor dryer vent cleaning. Dryer vent, duct, flex hose and lint trap are all clear of lint and debris at this time. Dryer is functioning properly at this time and exhaust flow is optimal. Recommend dryer vent cleaning every 1-2 years. Thank you for your business!
Complete PMAC. N/C, CCM. Replace the existing I comfort thermostat with a Honeywell t4 programmable thermostat. Since an icomfort thermostat is not being used the thermostat wires on the board will need to be switched to the R,G,W,Y and C terminals. Also a humidistat will also need to be installed since we are removing thermostat that controlled the humidity. 5/5/23-PT- upon arrival the thermostat was set for heat. I powered down the thermostat. I powered down the system and removed the access panel. I removed the existing icomfort thermostat and installed a new T4 thermostat serial #2247JJB05061 . I changed the wiring at the furnace control board as well as at the condenser. I also installed a new humidistat for the Aprilaire 600 series humidifier. Once the humidistat and thermostat were both installed I powered the system back up and called for heat to test the humidifier. The system and humidifier started without any issues. I ended the call for heat and performed AC preventative
Performed preventative maintenance for a high efficiency Coleman AC system. Model #TC4B3622S, serial #W1L8293171.upon arrival the thermostat was turned off. I powered down the system and removed the access panels. The evaporator coils are clean and in good condition. I tested the drain pan and drain line with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. I replaced the air filter with a 16x25x1 pleated filter supplied by the homeowner. I checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. I re attached the access panels and powered the system back up. I called for AC and observed the system starting normally. The condenser coils are clean and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are 1.1 for the fan and 6.8 for the compressor. The temperature split is at a 19° differential. No charge for today. Homeowner is a Chu Club Member.
Performed preventative maintenance for a Lennox ac system. Model #14ACX-048-230-14, serial #1916D09158. Upon arrival the system was off at the thermostat. I powered the system down and removed the access panel. The Evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. I tested the drain pan and drain line with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. I replaced the air filter (homeowner supplied) size 20x25x1. I checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. The blower motor and blower wheel are both clean and in good condition. I re attached the access panels and powered the system back up. I called for ac and observed the system starting normally. The condenser coils are clean and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are .56 for the fan and 7.5 for the compressor. The system has a 20° differential. The system is operating properly at this time. Homeowner would like to start ccm membership in the fall.
Performed air duct cleaning and sanitation on a 4 bedroom single system home. All vents and ductwork are clear of dust and debris at this time. System is functioning properly at this time. Came out today for a no heat call. Upon arrival I found the Goodman mode#GMEC801205DN , serial #2011692994 furnace in a failed state with an blink code of 7. The code indicates locked out due to failed retries. I presented the homeowner with several different solutions. At first the homeowner went with the band aid option. Later the homeowner decided to add the bronze package that woul cover all his maintenance until the end of 2024. Homeowner currently has a AC maintenance agreement and requested that I perform ac maintenance today. Performed ac preventative maintenance on a Goodman system model #GSX160421, serial #2010069173. I powered the system down and removed the access panels. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. I tested the drain pan and drain line to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. Came out today for a no ac call on a York rooftop package unit. Model # and serial # not available. Upon arrival the customer had the system set to heat. I called for ac and lowered the temperature. At the unit I found the system in very rough shape. The fan motor is rusted as well as most of the components inside the system. The air filters are extremely clogged. I powered the system down let it reset and powered it back up. The system started without any issues. Due to the lack of maintenance and the condition of the system my biggest fear is that I may break something during inspection. The system is operating properly at this time however due to the age of the system Chud cannot guarantee that there won’t be issues in the future. Bill out per dispatch.

Came out today to replace a relay on a Goodman air handler model #ASPT37C14AC, serial #2012058257. Upon arrival the system was calling for heat and operating properly. I powered down the thermostat and the air handler. I removed the old relay and installed a new relay wire for wire. I powered the system back up and called for heat. I let the system run to see if there were any more issues. The supply temperature is 122°F. The system is operating properly at this time.
Install Honeywell T4 2H/1C heat pump thermostat and remove and return the Honeywell T4 1H/1C thermostat that was installed during the last visit. Tested all system functions upon completion including heat, emergency heat, and cooling. System is operating properly at this point emergency heat is working. Manufacturer Goodman Model # ASPT37C14AC Serial # 2012058257
Performed diagnostic work checking refrigerant charge, wiring connections, air filter and found that the thermostat that was replaced during the last visit is a Honeywell T4, 1H/1C thermostat. A Honeywell T4 2H/1C thermostat is needed. We will need to send a technician back with the correct style T4 thermostat. N/C, WARRANTY. Note-Service manager will schedule the return visit with the homeowner after today’s visit.
