Performed air duct cleaning and sanitation on a 2 bedroom single system house house. All vents and ductwork are clear of dust and debris at this time. System is functioning properly at this time. Recommend duct cleaning every 3-4 years. Performed a rooftop dryer vent cleaning. Dryer vent,duct, flex hose and lint trap are all clear of lint and debris at this time. Dryer is functioning properly at this time and exhaust flow is optimal. Recommend dryer vent cleaning every 1-2 years. Thank you for your business!
Removed the old vent cover outside and installed a new vent cover. The hole for the vent cover had to be trimmed slightly for the new cover to fit. Homeowner already paid for installation per office. See photo.
Performed preventative maintenance for 6 year old air conditioning and heater system. Inspected all the electrical components. Confirmed proper high and low voltages. Customer replaced the air filter recently (16x25x1). Tested the temperature split between the supply and return. System is operating at a 20° differential on a 68° day. Tested the amp draw for the blower, compressor, inducer and fan motor. All were operating within the manufacturer specs. Inspected the drain piping for clogs and pump operation. Short Drain pipe is clear and pump works as it should. Inspected both the evap and condenser coils. Both are fairly clear at this time. Tested the temperature rise for the heater. System has a rise of 68°. Made sure all tubing to the collector box was clear of debris. Performed a combustion analysis on the furnace. System had a CO level of 17ppm. System is operating properly at this time.
Installed 3 pest barricades to replace the existing ones on the side of the home. Vent covers were all on one side of the home. Customer wanted them replaced due to noise. He wanted flap-less vent covers to get ride of the tapping noise from the flaps. Vent covers are secure to the home. The third cover the customer received was wrong design. He will order the right one and get back to us to come finish it. Customer prepaid for final cover install.
Preventative maintenance on Lennox HVAC system. Checked heating and air conditioning and all recommended steps outlined by the manufacturer. System is in good working condition. Homeowner is renewing maintenance contract for furnace and air conditioner. Collected $280 by check. ***Both services performed today. Homeowner prefers once a year service. Homeowner replaces the 16x25x1 filter every 3 months.***
