Excellent service! The workers showed up early. They were very knowledgeable & answered all of my questions. I had dryer vent cleaning & vent hose inspected. My dryer is working better than ever which will result in a huge cost savings on my utility bill. In addition, the actual cost for the work was much cheaper than the quote. I highly recommend this company!

Manufacturer Goodman Model # GSX160361 Serial # 2106636789 Customer called about here air conditioner not working. The Honeywell T4 that we installed was on a program setting, I turned that function off and the system started working. Then I performed a preventative maintenance the temperature split was 19. Customer changed 16x25x1 filter. Also, made sure the condensate pump is working. Then I went outside and performed a amperage readings on condenser fan motor and compressor both are operating properly. System is 2 years old and operating properly.

Performed preventative maintenance on 2 GREE mini split systems. Model numbers: MULTI24HP230V1A0, MULTI24HP230V1A0. Serial numbers: 3017GS25326, 3017GS25325. 6 heads total in the house. Cleaned each filter for every head. Tested each remote to make sure the modes and temp settings were accurate. Checked the blower fan for each head to make sure they were not covered with dust. Poured water into each condensate trap and watched the water drain out properly. Checked each of the louvers to make sure they opened and closed properly. Checked for any growth due to mini splits being known to hold more moisture. Closed all of the panels and watched each head run. Went outside to the condensers. Checked the coils for any dirt build up. Removed the panels. Checked the electrical connections to make sure they were properly secure. Took an amp draw of the fan and compressor. Both are running within manufacture’s specs. Placed the panels back on the units and watched them run. Took a temp split for

Performed preventative maintenance on a Lennox AC system. Model number: XC13-042-230- 04. Serial number: 5810J05092. Upon arrival the unit was off at the thermostat. I turned the system on and went downstairs and watched it run. I turned the unit off at the switch. Removed the panel to the evaporator coil. Inspected the coils for any dust build up. Poured water into the condensate trap and watched it drain properly. Poured water into the condensate pump and watched it pump out properly. Removed the panels to the furnace. Checked all electrical connections to make sure they were properly secure. Checked the blower motor and fan for any dust build up. Checked the capacitor for the blower motor. 40% rebuild of heat rejection system Condenser fan motor w/ fan blade and capacitor. *Parts have been picked up and labeled in 1574 garage.* 5/17/23-PT- came out today to replace a carrier condenser fan motor and blade. Model #25HCE418A300, serial #2716E20265. Upon arrival the system was calling for heat. I powered the thermostat and the system down and removed the access panels. I disconnected the wiring for the fan motor and removed the motor and fan blade. I attached the fan motor and blade to the existing fan cage. I made all the proper connections and replaced the 30+5 capacitor. I powered the system back up and called for ac. The condenser amp draws are within the manufacture specifications. The system is operating properly at this time. Collecting the remaining balance.

Lennox AC - M# MS8-CO-18P1A - S# S2816A62587 Completed the preventative maintenance on the mini-split. I cleaned the washable filters. Water tested the drain line from the evaporator coil, the system is draining properly. Performed amperage readings on the compressor (4.78Amps) and the condenser fan motor running at (.28Amps) system is working properly at this time.

Completed a preventative maintenance on two systems. Manufacturer Lennox Model # XC1403623005 Serial # 5812L03537 First system was a 12 year old Lennox system. I checked the capacitor it was in rehang at 45.4/5.1. The contactor has some rust marks but is working. I cleaned out the condensate pump then test it, condensate pump is operating properly. Performed a amperage readings on the condenser fan motor and the compressor and blower motor all are operating properly at this time. Changed out 16x25x1 filter system is operating properly at this time. Installed (1)-Bradford White 40 gallon gas tall water heater with (1)-ST-5 expansion tank. Installed a new burner assembly, igniter and flame sensor on the existing Lennox furnace. Removed a bypass humidifier and installed (1)-Aprilaire 700M power humidifier. A new condensate pump and new 3/8” vinyl tubing was installed during the initial service call. The repairs completed include a “4 year can’t write a check warranty” on the parts specified in the invoice. Lennox gas furnace M#G61MP-60C-091-09, S#5910J33582. Filter size-14x25x1. Humidifier water panel size-#35. Parts replaced on the gas furnace are (1)-burner assembly, (1)-igniter, (1)-flame sensor, (1)-condensate pump with new vinyl tubing and (1)-Aprilaire M#700M, S#10016455A power humidifier. Came out today for a no heat call. Lennox furnace model #G61MP-60C-091-09, serial #5910J33582 . FILTER SIZE 16x25x1. Upon arrival the homeowner stated that they turned the temp down on the thermostat and when they went to turn it back up the thermostat was blank. The homeowner went and checked the furnace and found a puddle of water under the system. Upon arrival the thermostat was indeed blank. After inspecting the system I found a fault in the waste water removal system. I also found some other issue with the system. I presented the homeowner with several different solutions for their home and the homeowner went with the gold package. I was able to replace the condensate pump and vinyl tubing today. The rest of the repairs and installation will be installed on a later date. I confirmed with PA that all parts were ordered.

Returned to configure outdoor heat pump defrost setpoints. Switched from a 50 degree (default) to 70 degrees. Outdoor heat pump will run at 35 degrees or higher. Gas furnace (auxiliary heat) will run without the heat pump at temperatures below 35 degrees. Verified proper settings on furnace control board and EIM. Lennox FSR will follow up in regards to the E421 code. It will not prevent the unit from operating. No return visit is needed until the next scheduled maintenance service. N/C, part of install. Did maintenance on force boiler. Amped out both circulators. Cleaned out all of the burners, and spark ignition. Boiler pressure was at 21 psi. Made sure all returns were hot. Checked expansion tank. Made sure aqua stat was working properly by seeing the boiler turn on at 150 degrees and off at 190 degrees. Customer stated his down stairs can’t keep up with the up stairs.
