Great service!!!

Excellent service! The workers showed up early. They were very knowledgeable & answered all of my questions. I had dryer vent cleaning & vent hose inspected. My dryer is working better than ever which will result in a huge cost savings on my utility bill. In addition, the actual cost for the work was much cheaper than the quote. I highly recommend this company!

Performed preventative maintenance for two high efficiency Lennox furnaces. Inspected all the electrical components. Confirmed proper high and low voltages. Found both Merv 16 16x25x5 air filters I’ve due for replacement. Customer orders these filters. Put temporary filters in the units until they filter come in the mail. Cleaned the burners, flame sensors and burner compartments. System 1 had a temperature rise of 51° and system 2 had a rise of 53°. Made sure both condensate pumps were working and drains were not blocked. Replaced the inducers, collector boxes and pressure switches on both units 2 years ago so they are fairly new. Performed a combustion analysis on both furnaces. System 1 was operating at 94.1% efficiency with a CO level of 14ppm. System 2 was operating at 94.4% efficiency with a CO level of 12ppm. Both systems are operating properly at this time. Furnace #1 Model #SLP98UH090V60C-02 Serial #5911E22765 Furnace #2 Model #SLP98UH090V60C-02 Serial #5911F02350

System #1-located in the basement. Performed preventative maintenance for a high efficiency Lennox furnace model #G71mpp-36c-090-03, serial #5910D27097. I powered the system down and removed the access panels. I removed and cleaned carbon off of the flame sensor and cleaned out the burners and burner box. Replaced the air filter size 16x25x1. Checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. Tested the drain line and condensate pump with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. Cleaned out the trap and checked the pressure switch for clogs. Performed humidifier service for a Aprilaire humidifier 700 series. I removed and replaced the old #35 water panel. Cleaned out the the housing and the drain. I powered the system up and called for heat. I took a combustion analysis test and received the following readings, o2 is at 12.6% and the co levels are 17ppm. The inducer motor and blower motor amp draws are within normal rang

Came out today for a Trane heat pump not operating. Upon arrival the homeowner stated that the thermostat had broke and she replaced it and it hasn’t been working. I noticed that the homeowner was using the old base plate and the probes did not line up properly. I installed the new base plate and called for heat. At the air handler I found multiple issues. The system has some sort of microscopic growth in the air handler and the system is currently 17 years old. The breaker for the air handler is bad as well. The homeowner will have to have an electrician come out to replace the breaker. As for the system it is my professional opinion that the system be updated due to the age and condition of the existing system. Trane heat pump model #2twb0036a1000ab, serial #35056444f. I will reach out to RC with all the details.

Performed preventative maintenance for a Bryant boiler system model #BW2AAN000105ABAA, serial #4108V03671. I powered down the system and removed the access panel. Removed and cleaned out the burners and burner box. Checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. The water pressure is at 14psi and the limit is set for 180°F. Checked all the copper piping and valves for leaks or damage. The expansion tank is in good condition. I powered the system back up and took a combustion analysis test and received the following readings, o2 is at 14.3% and the co levels are 5ppm. The circulator pump is operating properly. I observed the system hit the desired temperature and shut down normally. I replaced the batteries in the thermostat for the homeowner. The homeowner is renewing the repair agreement for the boiler. The system is operating properly at this time.

Came out today for a Lennox furnace not operating. Upon arrival I powered the system up to observe what would happen. I observed the system starting normally but after the burners were light the blower motor failed and would just rock back and forth. Took an amp draw of the blower motor and received a reading of 0. The system shuts down due to high limit. The blower motor will have to be replaced before preventative maintenance can be performed. The system was installed by chud on 7/8/15. The last maintenance was performed on 8/6/2020 due to COVID-19. The system may be under warranty. Performed humidifier service. Homeowner claimed that the humidifier would leak down the inside of the return duct. I removed the access panel and found that the water panel tray was not clipped in properly. I also noticed that the water hose was not attached properly. I removed the old #35 water panel and installed a new one. Tested the system for proper operation and leaks. The humidifier is operating pr

The current humidistat is wired incorrectly. The current humistat is an automatic style and the whole humidifier system is fairly new. Was able to actually wire in the existing one the way it was designed to be. Tested the system when completed. Replaced the humidifier #35 water panel. Customers system can’t take a Merv 11 16x25x5. It has to be a 1 inch filter but can be a 16x25x1 pleated. Found multiple brand new filters in customers basement I told him about. System is operating properly at this time.

Came out today for a Trane system not cooling the second floor. Model #2ttx4048b1000aa, serial #60330sc1f. Upon inspection I found that the system had only 14° split. I connected my gauges and noticed that the system was low on refrigerant. The system is from 2006 and uses 410-a refrigerant. I advised the homeowner about the age of the system and the refrigerant. I charged the system with 2lbs of nu-22 and added a uv dye stick. If the system looses the Che charge again we could then look for a leak. The refrigerant pressures are within normal range and the temperature split is at a 20. This is an attempt to get the system running. Due to the age of the system chud cannot Guarantee that there won’t be issues in the future.

Performed preventative maintenance for a Goodman system model #t4a336gkn200 , serial #e152312133 . The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. Tested the drain pan, drain line and condensate pump with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. The air filter size 16x25x1 looks like it was just replaced. Checked all electrical components needed for air conditioning to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. The blower motor amp draw is 4.7. The temperature split is at a 17. The condenser coil’s are clean and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are 6.2 for the fan and 8.4 for the compressor. I connected my gauges due to the low temp split. I found the refrigerant pressures slightly off. I charged the system with 1 lb of 410-a refrigerant and that brought the temperature split up to a 19. The system is operating properly at this time.
