Removed the old thermostat and installed a new Amazon thermostat supplied by the homeowner. I did have to add a common wire for the thermostat to operate. Luckily there was a spare wire not being used. Performed preventative maintenance for a Bryant system model #Fb4anf024, serial #1801a73856. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. Tested the drain pan, drain line and condensate pump with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. Replaced the air filter 13x21 1/2x1. Checked all electrical components needed for air conditioning to ensure that there are secure and in good condition. The blower motor amp draw is 1.4. The temperature split is at a 20. The condenser coil’s are clean and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are .48 for the fan and 6.4 for the compressor. The system is operating properly at this time however the system is 19 years old. Homeowner should consider updating the system to one that utilizes 410-a refrigerant. Due to
