I replaced three wire safety pilot for Bryant boiler. Installed new pilot tubing and fittings. Safety switch closed after 53 seconds of lighting. Cleaned & checked gas furnace. Inspected heat exchanger & flue venting. cleaned burners & flame sensor. Checked voltage & amp draw of motors. Test capacitor. Replaced air filter. Blower: 3.8/4.7A . Inducer:0.09/0.21A . Gas pressure: 1.9/3.6 inches water column. Found basement pressure negative (-.006 inches water column) due to leaks in return-air ducting. Found condensate pump float safety tripped. Pump not able to pump water through frozen line that goes to the outside. Humidifier was installed last year and connected to this existing condensate pump system. Condensate pump system works for warm weather only. No charges today. Suggestions: run new condensate discharge line over to drain stack where washing machine drains.
