Ty showed courtesy and professionalism. He called to remind he was coming and discuss social distancing. He showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner; wearing a mask, gloves and shoe covers. I especially appreciated his thoughtfulness in asking us to open the doors before he got into the house and to adjust the thermostats. That way he only to had to touch the equipment as needed. This is typical of Classic service.
