AC Maintenance: Completed a full summertime maintenance service including blower motor cleaning, refrigerant level checks, and electrical connection tightening.
Air Conditioning System Repairs: During an AC system inspection, I noticed inadequate insulation on refrigerant lines, leading to unnecessary energy losses. I installed proper insulation to enhance efficiency and optimize system performance.
Just finished a complete air duct cleaning for a family in Fresno! Home was built in 2005 and ducts had never been professionally cleaned. Used our truck-mounted vacuum system with HEPA filtration to ensure proper negative pressure throughout the process. Removed and cleaned all register covers - several were completely clogged with pet hair and dust. Found significant dust accumulation in main trunk lines and evidence of previous moisture issues in one section. Applied antimicrobial treatment to all ductwork surfaces per customer request. Also cleaned the blower wheel which was severely imbalanced due to dirt buildup. Return air plenum required extra attention due to accumulated debris. Showed customer before/after photos of their system - they were shocked at what was lurking in their ducts! Entire family should notice immediate improvement in air quality and system airflow. After securing the power supply and connecting it to the existing electrical system, I tested the UV light air purifier to confirm proper operation. I also installed a viewport to allow easy confirmation that the system is working and provided instructions on when to replace the UV bulb for continued effectiveness.
