I was very frustrated with the communication challenges when I requested to speak to my technician, Elia Martinez. I could only interface with the office representative. I literally waisted half of my morning on the phone. However, when Mr. Martinez arrived and examined my unit, his existing knowledge of my AC equipment and the relationship created due to earned trust, the issue was resolved and I was quite satisfied with the outcome.
