The second floor AC stopped working. The capacitor was broken which the technician fixed quickly. I have had service contract with this company since 2005, which was the time they did a complete (AC, furnace, duct work) installation of two systems. I then moved to a new home that had a broken AC. I reached out to the same company which I had used since 2005, for a quote to replace the broken system. I did not shop around (which I also told the sales person), and was given a terrible quote for a 14 SEER single speed system. I then called a local company and was quoted a much better deal for a superior TRANE (Seer 18, 2 speed system). I called "Clear the AIR' to give them an opportunity to match the quote. They pretty much laughed at me and quoted me a 40% higher quote and asked me to send them the invoice!!!!! Guess who got my business in the new home.... A VERY disappointed customer
