Today I came to Blakes Strathcona home because he is running out of hot water and he is looking at quotes for a new ac system. Upon inspection of the 1467 square foot home I have determined it will require a 2.5 ton ac system to properly cool. There is an equipment interface module that the ac can be controlled by but there is no room on the electrical panel and sub panel will be required. The home currency has 2, 40 gallon atmospheric water heaters. The primary tank is out and not running. The water pressure in the home is a staggering 100 psi which is incredibly damaging to anything using water in the home. There is no water softener. I added an additional $500 discount as per Kyle. Scheduled to return Thursday April 25 2024 for ac and water heater install. If the electrical sub panel is not installed in time, we will return for ac commissioning. 50% paid today with the remainder due at time of job completion. 25% restocking fee should the job be cancelled.
