Today I came to Bobbi’s Inglewood rental property because there is no hot water. When speaking with the tenants, they explained the accidentally turned the water heater off and don’t know how to light it. The rank is from 2004 and is no longer legal for use in Calgary. The average lifespan of a water heater in Calgary and area in 8-12 years. When this is replaced, a power vented, direct vented, or tankless water heater will be required. After speaking with Bobbi over the phone, she has decided to leave the tank as is for now and is happy with todays service.
