Today I came to Doug’s Wentworth home because he is running out of hot water. He has had multiple plumbers out to try and solve the problem but could not. The hot water is fed by a triangle tube boiler and indirect tank that are 11 years old. Doug has also mentioned that the ac stopped working not long ago and would like that checked as well. Upon visual inspection I can see the boiler running and there is hot water but it runs out after 10 min. I will have to perform a system diagnostic to determine the cause of the problem. Doug has had many problems with this system and would just like quotes to replace it at this point. Tentatively scheduled to return Wednesday may 25 2022 to replace the boiler. 50% paid today with the remainder due at time of job completion. 25%restocking fee should the job be cancelled.
