Client called about second floor ac system not working. Tech went out systems from 2008 very little maintenance performed on them. Home is from 2008, second floor furnace is heavily rusted inside. Client also mentioned of the 2 hot water tanks is not working. Tech performed a diagnostic on the ac outside and found the electrical was completely fried tech was able to get power to the fan and compress but neither would come on. Systems us r-22 refrigerant which is now banned in Canada. Client asked for a quote to replace the ac, a quote to have a tankless water heater installed and a quote to replace everything together. Tech made a few options and will follow up with the client Monday.
