Today I came to Tara and Geoff’s West Springs home because the second floor furnace stopped working. Upon diagnostics of the 11 year old, builder grade furnace I found it is in poor condition. The control board was getting power however nothing was running. Upon further diagnostics I found the board fuse had blown. This was caused by a failed ventilation fan relay. Once disconnected form the control board I was able to test the rest of the furnace. The inducing/exhaust motor has advanced bearing ware, is very loud,a dan vastly over amperage. This indicates impending failure. The gas valve anand safety switches are working well within manufacturers specifications. The blower motor is leaking oil which will cause in eventual failure. The control board was damaged by the blown fuse and continuously flashes all the error codes and intermittently shuts the furnace off. The condensate pan is leaking condensate into the furnace. The humidifier is working but leaking onto the floor. This is co
