Today I came to Jim’s home in the bridlewood area of the city. This was for the annual plumbing inspection. Water pressure is currently at 45 psi. Fixtures and piping are currently in good condition. Humidifier is old but not used so not a concern today. System is missing water conditioner and expansion control. 23 year old water heater is the main concern, I have recommended to flush or replace this unit. Jim will wait before coming to a decision. Jim is happy with the service provided today and would be happy to leave myself with a 5 star google review.
