The price was outrageous according to some of my tradesmen contacts.
Both John and Nick are the best. Thanks
I attended a dual furnace tune up for Erin in the Chestermere area, during my inspection I found the inducer motor on the left to have good amounts of dust accumulated in the windings, I got out as much as I could. Both furnace duct work had an accumulation of dust, gas pressures on both furnaces were set too low, I have adjusted them to proper levels. Venting on right furnace was not tightened down properly and condensate was leaking through, i tightened the connections. I have provided the customer with several options.
Return to site as clients having issues with tankless Client is extremely busy and unable to make it home to check venting and son attempted to clear but was unsure of what vent to look for and was concerned he would damage unit Showed how to clear future blocks No charge today but client is aware future blocks are not covered under warranty
Today I came to Jasons Chestermere home because the furnace stopped working. Upon diagnostic I found the inducing motor is failing as is the pressure switches and ignition system. The home also has a warn water heater that is not working properly and there is no water softener. Scheduled to return tomorrow November 8 2022 for water heater and softener then Saturday November 12 2022 for furnace replacement. 50% paid today with the remainder due at time of job completion. 25% restocking fee should the job be cancelled.
Today I came to Greg’s home in Chestermere because he has no hot water. Upon visual inspection this is exactly the case. Greg’s tankless is a Noritz and is pushing 10 years old. The error code that pops up is 51. After doing a thorough evaluation of the system I noticed a few leaks on the water lines feeding the tankless. Having no water softener is a huge contributor to all the scale build up causing the leaks. After going over some options Greg decided on no work. Greg is very interested in the recirculation capabilities of the tankless we provide. Greg wants to do some research on the equipment before committing to anything. Greg will call us in a few hours if he decides on work to solidify his time for install as we are super busy. Greg is very happy with the service I provided today and even happier to give me a 5 star review.
I was dispatched out to Jills home and customer Tuacahn Wahoos leaking under her sink. After thorough examination I determined that the faucet itself was broken and needed to be replaced I provided jill with multiple options. Jill has decided to go with just the travel dispatch fee for today and she is going to purchase her own faucet. Water pressure coming into her home is 80 psi. More than happy to provide a five star review on our visit today
I attended Jamie’s home in chestermere as she wanted a tuneup done on her furnace and get a duct cleaning quote. I performed the tuneup and found that the induced draft motor is over amping which is one of the first signs that the inducer is on its way out. The ignition system, gas valve, control board and main blower all check out fine. Burners are dirty, and ducts are dirty. I also found that the humidifier is in rough shape with the solenoid valve faulty allowing water to run through even when no power is applied, the humidifier pad is dirty and the screw holding the front cover on has snapped off. Jamie and her husband decided to have the burners and ducts cleaned at this time. Pulled and cleaned burners, duct cleaning booked for Oct 17 2022. Happy with service. 10/10 Oct.17/2022 Jim and Drake were called out to complete a stage 8 duct and furnace cabinet cleaning in Jamie’s Windermere home. We used an industrail vacuum and high pressure air to clean the entirety of the ducts and
Oct.13/22 Today Drake and Jim were called out to perform a stage 8 duct cleaning in Emily’s Rainbow Falls home We used our industrial vacuum and high pressure air whip to thorough clean the ducts and venting by starting from the top and working our way all the way down to their main floor trunks. Once the trunks were cleared why pull the blower motor and clean the inside of the furnace cabinets by used spot blasting and citrus cleaner. The dryer duct was cleared with a push whip. Richard our senior tech came by to install Emily’s humidifier pad and inducer motor into her furnace. Emily was quite happy with our prompt and neat service and would be happy to fill out a 5 star google review. Upon visual inspection of the upper furnace cabinet we found signs of rust under condensate plate.
Inducer motor and humidifier pad replacement and stage 8 duct cleaning. Jim Veenstra
Inducer motor and humidifier replacement as well as a stage 8 duct cleaning.
Today I came to Jim home in Chestermere because he has a couple leaks on his poly b water lines. Upon visual inspection this is exactly the case. Both 1/2” lines feed outdoor hose bibbs and are leaking from the old gate valves. After. Going over some options Jim decided on the repairs. I cut out both old gate valves and replaced with pex 1/4 turn ball valves. Once I re energized the system I checked for leaks and found none. Jim is very happy with the service I provided today.
Client called to have furnace serviced before winter. Client recently purchased the home back in march furnace is about 6 years old, tech quoted the furnace tune up special client approved. Tech tested the heating system: checked gas pressure, temperature, exhaust fan amperage test, blower motor amperage test, flame rectification sensor test, exhaust fan vacuum test and a combustion analysis. Tech found the exhaust system was leaking condensation and rusting out the furnace, also the exhaust system is over its amperage rating. Ducts are getting very dirty, and humidifier pad is getting calcified. Tech informed client. After discussing options with the client she wants to proceed with the duct clean, replacement of the exhaust system and new humidifier pad. Client has to go to the bank to get half of the deposit and will bring it to are office tomorrow. We have tentatively booked are return for next Thursday morning to perform all the work. We have waived the tune up charge since she
Today I came to Sandy’s Chestermere home to evaluate her aged boiler system. Sandy has explained that the system has not been able to heat the vacant home. A friend came and looked at it and told sandy to shut the system off. The system is currently leaking onto the floor and into the drain. Upon inspection I found the system to be in poor condition. There are multiple copper pipe leaks, multiple auto air vent leaks and a large leaking black iron connection. The system controls have failed and are not controlling the system pump which in turn causes the home not to heat. There are 9 zones in total. 7 that serve the home, 1 that serves tghe garage and one that serves the suite above the garage. Currently the home is vacant. Sandy is usure if they are selling or moving back in. This decision will have to be made before a decision on a boiler can be made.
Today I came to Cindy and Brian’s Chestermere home to perform an annual furnace tune up. Upon inspection and tune up of the 17 year old system I tested and adjusted gas valve, burners, gas pressure and temperature rise. Pulled and cleaned the flame sensor. Tested ignition system, inducing motor and assembly, blower motor and assembly, heat exchanger, humidifier, static pressures, all safety switches and control board. Furnace is in fair to poor condition. The control board, safety switches, gas valve and flame sensor are all working well within manufacturers specifications. The humidifier is of good quality and is working well. The inducing / exhaust fan has advanced bearing ware and is far over amperage. This indicates impending failure. The blower motor has over heated at least once and the internal grease pack has popped and spilled. This is like running a car with no oil and will result in failure. The ignition system has a low resistance reading and has 15% life remaining. The h
Today I came to Cindys Chestermere home because she wants the furnace and duct work cleaned out and tuned up. Cindy would like to discuss the cost of the duct cleaning with her husband when he is home and has decided to just get the tune up done today. Upon furnace tune up I Tested and adjusted gas valve, burners, gas pressure and temperature rise. Pulled and cleaned the flame sensor. Tested ignition system, inducing motor and assembly, blower motor and assembly, heat exchanger, static pressures, all safety switches and control board. The Furnace is in good condition. The 15 year old system does badly need to be cleaned. Both motors, flame sensor, ignition system, control board, gas valve and all safety devices are working well within the manufacturers specifications. The ac drain line is kinked and backing up onto the floor. Aside from system cleaning and upgrades, I have no recommendations at this time. Scheduled to return Wednesday September 14 2022 to install the new ac drain l
