The price was outrageous according to some of my tradesmen contacts.
Today I came to Emily and Shannon’s Chestermere home because Shannon wants a central ac system. Shannon is not present today. The house is less than 6 months old and the basement is under construction to be finished. Emily knows the furnace and ductwork must be cleaned once renovations are complete. Upon inspection of the home I found it requires a 2 ton air conditioning system. We looked around and found the best location for the outdoor system would be in the back yard next to the fence. A side discharge, ultra quite system would be preferred because it is an attached home. Both Emily and Shannon have asthma and the home currently has no indoor air quality system. Came to Emily’s home to install a new ac system before they finished the basement. Installed a 2 ton side discharge unit started unit it up and wasn’t getting proper readings due to weather needs a return visit on a warmer day to make sure it’s running properly. Spoken with dispatch about it all ready. Returned to Emily

Client called about leaking water softener we installed 3 years ago. It has a 5 year warranty. Tevh went out water pressure is good 65 psi, expansion tank is still good functioning normally. Tech found the leak from the plastic compression water connectors. Tech removed connector and installed brasses connections. Tested for leaks no more leaks found client is happy. Tech noted that the main water shut off is in very rough shape and appears to have been leaking from time to time. Tech has informed client and quoted to replace it.
Came to Swahili home in Chestermere to provide a quote for a basement Reno. Customer was looking to have a kitchen installed, two kitchen sinks and two bathrooms as well as a washer/dryer. Customer also needed multiple water lines ran and a gas line increased one size to accommodate the new appliances. After speaking with the customer, found out that his current budget would be way less then the quote I would provide. Told the customer this and he tanked me for my time and didn’t want the quote.
Client called about water stain in the kitchen ceiling just below the master en-suite tub. Tevh went out clients have had issues in the past with the tub. There is no leak when the tub isn’t in use. Tech suspects either tub issues or drainage issue. Clients are planned a Reno of that bathroom in the near future. Tevh quoted to do a leak search find the cause of the leak. Clients declined for now and won’t use it till they do their renovation of the bathroom. Clients thanked us for coming out

Today June 29 2023, I installed the ac system compressor saver hard start kit and tested. Unit is working g well at this time. Furnace and duct cleaning scheduled for tomorrow. On June 30, 2023, Drake and Dave arrived at Craig Burns home in Chestermere. We then began our service by covering all the vents throughout the house. A vacuum was then attached to the supply trunk, then Drake and Dave used high pressured air to blow and whip the supply vents throughout the home, followed by a sanitizing agent. Then the supply trunk was cleaned using the pressurized air, we then blasted the ac coil and primary heat exchanger. The vacuum was then attached to the return trunk, while the return ducts were cleaned with the high pressure air throughout the home along with the return trunk and cabinet. Dave then pulled out the blower motor, cleaning it, the cabinet, secondary heat exchanger and return cabinet, with the pressurized air and parts cleaner. The dryer vent was also cleaned by Drake with
Stage 8 duct cleaning revive by Drake and Davey.
Today I came to Bess and Troys Chestermere home to perform the annual air conditioning system maintenance plus drop off bags of softener salt. Bess also explained the main floor toilet had a broken chain. Upon inspection I found that was the case. Because Bess is a plumbing, heating, and ac member, I was able to replace the chain for her as part of her plumbing membership. Ac tune up: Upon Ac inspection and service I tested temperature drop, relative humidity, air flow, motor and fan, compressor, capacitor, contactor, evaporator and condensing coils, refrigerant levels, and general system operation. The system is in excellent condition. The furnace, ac system, uv air purifier, electronic air cleaner, water softener and duct cleaning has all bee done by Clearview in the last year and all remains in good working condition today. The water heater is original to the home and now 10 years old. The average lifespan of a water heater in Chestermere and area is 8-12 years.
Today I came to Steve’s Chestermere home to evaluate the sanitary sewer after a back up. Upon camera inspection I found the internal cast iron piping system is in good condition. Once the pipe passes the homes footing it transitions to a no corrode (tar&paper) piping system that is partially collapsed. The 10-12 foot section of no corrode piping is also bellied near the end. This pipe needs to be excavated and replaced. Today I came to Gregs Chestermere home because the water heater stopped working yesterday. Upon diagnostic of the 7 year old system I found it is in fair to poor condition. The system uses a concentric kit for intake and exhaust ventilation. This kit is hard on appliances because it restricts the air flow. This coupled with too many turns in the intake line has caused the fan on the tank to weaken and not be able to pull the proper pressure to allow ignition. The fan should be replaced and the venting should be changed to a non concentric kit installation. There is no water softener in the home which causes permanent and irreversible damage to anything using water in the home especially a water heater. Because there are 5 people in the home, an endless hot water tankless system may be preferable. June 8/23 Came to Gregg’s home to install his new tankless and softener system. Drained and removed old tank. Had issues with gas line as there was no direction on how it was to be piped wit
