Today I came to Diana’s Okotoks home because she is getting quotes for a new central air conditioning system. Upon inspection of the 1134square foot home built in 1996 I found the furnace is original. The home will require a 2 ton ac system and a 60000 btu furnace to properly heat and cool. There is poly b piping throughout the home with no water pressure regulator and no water softener. The water pressure in the home is at 86 psi which is considered damaging. Diane will discuss the options with her husband in Mexico before a decision will be made.
