I feel like I was charged way too much for the service that was performed. The serviceman Micah was great. The overall cost for what I got I think I was ripped off. I do not plan on buying a new furnace from you guys if it should go out or further service in the future
I rated the pricing at 4 stars since I have not looked into any competitor pricing yet. Convenience was a 1 star due to 3 cancellations by your company when it was convenient for my schedule. The first visit was canceled by your company back in October, two more canceled visits by your company and finally made it on the fourth reschedule in February, that just happened to work out.
Paul was highly professional and polite and gave step by step details of what he would be doing for the maintenance check on our furnace and air conditioner. I highly recommend Paul as a service technician for Climate Control. Thank you for the great service.
They did an awesome job. Both guys were very nice and explained everything to me very well.
Micah did an excellent job servicing my 18 year old furnace. He pointed out the areas that were starting to show its age and fixed a small condensate leak.
Paul is very professional and courteous. He clearly explains the details of the service call. No BS. Main office needs to plan better in staffing to keep to the service call schedules. Emergency response is very important, but so is the fact that I'm making the effort to plan for a service call. Repeatedly rescheduling a week prior tells me that this isn't an emergency issue. This habit of rescheduling is keeping the convenience ranking at 4 stars.
