Andrew was great!!! Explaining everything I needed to know about what was going on with the system. Took off screens covering vents to allow more air.
He was very friendly. He got right to the job and was able to right away identify the problem. Overall very great service!
Andrew repaired our ailing and aging heater unit this afternoon. His steadfast attention to detail and giving professional feedback is always appreciated. I highly recommend him and the services of CES and Feather River Aire.
They were fast, courteous, and did a quality job at a fair price!
Great service, clear communication, and a technician who really cares about his work and his clients. Thanks, Andrew!

Finished up a heat pump spilt system for a returning customer
No ac. Found 45/5 capacitor on condenser has failed. Both sides at zero. Replaced with new capacitor which tests at 45.6/5.07. Compressor amp draw 6.46a, fan amp draw.54 amp. 237vac. 23° temperature split. Washed condenser coil.
Performed preventative cooling maintenance on outdoor Amana AC condenser unit. Changed indoor air filter. Swapped out of range capacitor. Checked the following: -Amperages on compressor and outdoor condenser fan motor. -Dual run start capacitor for the compressor and fan. -Contactor and proper voltage. -Refrigerant circuit for proper flow. -Thermostat functionality. -Proper air flow/temperature split from supply and return vents. System is cooling well at this time with a temp split of 23°.
