Intertherm Propane Furnace Pressure Switch Failing, requires replacement.
Performed heating maintenance on attic 90% Carrier gas furnace. Checked amperages of indoor ECM blower motor and inducer draft motor. Checked capacitor for inducer. Cleaned flame sensor and pressure switch tubing. Ensured a proper flame while heating and a proper ignition startup. Checked mechanics operations. Verified voltage. Tested system with thermostat and checked air flow and temperature split. Changed indoor air filter. System is heating and operational at this time.
Maintenance on a Carrier split system air conditioner in Corning
Ac repair. Fujitsu mini split system. Flare leaks. Blower wheel cleanings. Major maintenance. 4 heads
Performed preventative cooling maintenance on outdoor grounded AC condenser unit. Checked amperages on compressor and outdoor condenser fan motor. Checked the dual run start capacitor for the compressor and fan. Checked the contactor as well and verified proper voltage. Also checked the fuse conditions for the electrical disconnect box. Washed the outdoor condenser coil. Checked that the refrigerant is flowing well throughout the system. Washed both indoor air filters. Checked both the thermostat functionality and also checked the temperature split inside at the supply and return vents. Verified proper air flow. Full HVAC system checked for cooling. System operational and cooling at this time.

Condenser fan motor replacement on older r22 condenser ground unit. Cooling at this time.

Customer mentioned system had a leak. Went on outdoor condensing unit and investigated refrigerant ports. Found 3 leaking ports with residual oil, checked refrigerant and found system to be low on Freon. Discussed with customer about options, will come back next week to take recover remaining refrigerant, take care of flares, vacuum system, and charge system back up to appropriate levels. Need to reschedule and perform full repair. Performed serviced on E Colusa St in Orland, CA.
