What an excellent, polite, respectful, knowledgable gentleman is Jeremy Neal. As an owner of rental units who must trust the expertise and ethics of any business..... I found extraordinary expertise and ethics in Jeremy Neal. I was fortunate to get Jeremy there because of the work of dispatcher Jacey. This was the third time of my hiring Climate and Energy Solutions... After the second servicing call, I did not receive a bill appropriately. Their less than adequate billing department never even called to see if I had received the bill. However, when I asked for a service call, the company policy is to not allow someone to be dispatched if there was an outstanding bill. Thankfully, I was able to have Jacey rectify this situation. Climate and Energy Solutions has TWO OUTSTANDING people in their employ. I will be checking back with them to make sure they have been appropriately acclaimed for their outstanding service. If they have not been given the accolades they deserve, a further review will be in order.
