I was referred to Colony a few years ago and signed up for their maintenance program. Simply put, they are awesome. Each tech who has visited my home over the years has been knowledgeable, meticulous in the servicing of my equipment, and never once tried to “upsell” hardware or services I didn’t need. They also don’t have dedicated, high-pressure sales folks like some other companies. The technicians quote and install the systems. A few weeks ago, I found my 14-year-old system on the fritz, and during an afterhours service visit, got a quote for a replacement at the same time. The system was installed yesterday by Manuel and his crew, and man oh man did they do a great job. Above and beyond, fixed some jankity routing of my ducts. Re-ran or adjusted lines and plumbing, and everything is insulated. Super neat and clean install, despite it being over 100 degrees outside and who knows how hot in the attic! Overall, the techs are always courteous, friendly, helpful, and willing to answer a million questions. The office folks are also friendly and helpful, never have an issue contacting them, and super responsive. I also appreciate the text-based service tracker complete with finding your technical on a map! Of all the companies I do business with at my home, Colony is one of my absolute favorites. It’s hard to find people who understand what good old fashion service looks like now-a-days, and if that’s important to you, look no further when considering a heating and cooling company.
