Hometown feel

Technician Will arrived for my prepaid service. Every time I have encountered Will, installation previously, he has always shown great care and concern to both my comfort systems in addition to me and my family. It’s great to know someone cares about you other than your pocket book. Keep up the great work!

Knowledgeable Technician

The technician that came out, I believe did a thorough job. He also heard my questions and did his best to give me answers. I do have one VERY ODD issue that I'm still not convinced I fully understand. He gave me his opinion, he checked it out to some degree, and he gave me advice on follow-up. For the call itself, this was more a routine maintenance and cleaning, as opposed to a call for help due to some failure, but none the less, I was please with what I got out of this guy. THIS IS IMPORTANT TO ME. I first did business with you guys maybe 1986 or so. I bought a dishwasher from you, if that gives you any indication of how long ago that was. The faces have changed, but I'm hoping the quality of server never does. I stick with you guys BECAUSE you send TRUE technicians to my home. Folks capable of DEBUGGING and REPAIR issues. This is in contrast to other companies who's people are all to often more salesman than technician, and who's goal is to sell me something, whether I need it or not. One time I called, and a tech gave me advice right over the phone that helped me answer a simple problem. I one time called you, but you were unable to come out. I called another company, and that guy walk up into my attic, sat next to my unit, never touched it, never check out the diagnostic lights flashing, and let me know I needed a new system, that just happened to be on sale that day. After telling him to GET OUT, I called you again . This time you came out, ran a couple tests with a volt meter, changed out a bad $5 capacitor, and I was back in business. Please keep up the good work, keep honest technicians on payroll, and I, and I suspect lots of other folks, will remain loyal. You guys are the ONLY A/C folks I trust, and I have referred folks to you many times. Thanks, Tim Ventura

i may have finally found a company I can trust

I have had two other companies out to address my humidity issue. Will quickly saw a vent had been left open and was bringing in air from outside. They had to replace part of my HVAC system due to mold and addressed it immediately. Very professional, courteous and a great job explaining what they were doing and WHY.

Fall/Winter Service

Both of the technicians that came were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My only average rating jad nothing to do with the technicians or their work. It is because the day prior to the appointment, for which there was a 4 hour window from 1pm to 5 pm, I received a reminder call and was told I was scheduled for my service in the beginning of that window, and that I’d get a call 30 minutes prior to the technicians arrival. It was almost 5pm when they finally showed up, and I got a call from the office to tell me they’d be here in 3 to 5 minutes, so although I knew they had to get here fairly soon, I had almost no notice.Finally, my credit card, which is on file and is charged monthly for my service contract, had to be used because they replaced a capacitor. Apparently my card which has many thousands of dollars of available credit, was denied twice. When I called the credit card company, they said some of the required information had been entered incorrectly. How can that be when no additional information above and beyond what they use to charge my card monthly for my service contract had to be entered? Finally, I feel like a 10% discount for being a yearly contract customer is too low. It should be 20%.

Prompt and courteous service

Will was just here at the house and had my problems resolved in a short time. He took the time to acknowledge the problem I was experiencing, followed up with an assessment of the issue and what he did to correct the problem. In today’s fast pace world, I like getting that level of service.
