Leonard, the installer for our new water heater dropped the old water heater on our cement floor (I heard the crash but he didn't say there was an issue), leaving an approximately 8"x10" divot / smashed area in the floor. He didn't say a word to me about the floor and put the rug back over top so I wouldn't see it when I inspected if before he left. It was only discovered later in the day when walking across the floor and feeling the very definite hole under the rug.
We were so amazed and pleased that we could get help with our central air the same day we called. In this hot weather, we expected to have to wait. Bryan called, let us know when to expect him and showed up on time. He assessed the problem and offered solutions with an eye to best pricing and wise choices. The repair will be completed before the family comes for the 4th!
Bryan was very friendly, thorough, and taught me some new things about how to set my thermostat.
Bryan was super transparent with costs of everything. He also let me know when he was coming and then a warning call when he was 20 minutes away!
Brian came on short notice, efficiency diagnosed problems, offered alternatives, and coordinated with a sales supervisor by phone and text. seemed very knowledgeable and efficient in conveying information and troubleshooting our specific situation.

Installed a new Rheem furnace and Air Conditioner with new Humidifier
