Brian was excellent. He explained everything to me. He told me the post filters were missing on the Honeywell Electronic Air Cleaner were missing. No one had told me that before. They were not even installed by the installation contractor (not Total Comfort) back in 1992. Brian is the best service tech that I have ever had out to service the furnace.

We have used Total Comfort for about 8 years. They are so wonderful to work with. They are quick to come out if we have a problem. We are on the maintenance program and have been very happy All the service people have been great. Brian M just left and he was so professional and went the extra mile to answer all of our questions.
