Guys were friendly, knowledgeable and very timely. Cleaned up so well you wouldn’t know they were there.
Josh was very quick and efficient at completing our furnace tuneup. I always seem to put of these tuneups, but will try to be better about scheduling them.
I am not sure why it took so long for my part to get to me. I also am shocked as to PREFERRED CUSTOMERS and the wait to have tune ups done. I thought we were suppose to have priority not the last in line. Had to schedule my tune-up 3 weeks away from when I called, then because of a problem with truck was told if we re-scheduled it would be another 3 weeks. Not very good I think. The part needed took 2 weeks to get to me also.
Josh was very helpful and efficient. However, I suggest that the customer's time be treated with more respect. I don't blame Josh, for he can't guess how long each job will take, but I had to wait until after 5:00 to be served. This meant that I spent the entire afternoon at home when I had hoped to attend to some errands. Please make an effort to give the customer a two hour window for service, rather than making someone wait 1/2 day. I am also a preferred customer, so I would appreciate having more understanding of the value of my time.
