Josh was very helpful and efficient. However, I suggest that the customer's time be treated with more respect. I don't blame Josh, for he can't guess how long each job will take, but I had to wait until after 5:00 to be served. This meant that I spent the entire afternoon at home when I had hoped to attend to some errands. Please make an effort to give the customer a two hour window for service, rather than making someone wait 1/2 day. I am also a preferred customer, so I would appreciate having more understanding of the value of my time.
