Inspection on HVAC systems in Buford Georgia . •Unit that feeds the left side has a popped fuse. Took pictures of equipment. Fuse is popping due to chaffing on the outside low voltage wires . Wires are very brittle and bare . Indoor coil is also very rusty and has bacteria growing in the air flow . Also the system I low on R22 pressures. System has a very small leak in the indoor coil . Would highly recommend either looking Into upgrading the equipment or we could charge the system to speck levels and see how it holds off . Also this system doesn’t have a air filter which is horrible for the indoor coil . •Auto shop system has a caked up indoor coil took video . Also the system isn’t sealed properly and pulling the air from the mechanic shop which is causing it to get dirty . System also has lots of rust and potential to leak R22 . Also outside contacter has pit and burn marks would highly recommend replacing that electrical part . •Uvision/It shop . Outside unit has a
