•Completed a Three system heating maintenance in Buford Georgia. Checked the heating integrity. Checked safety and performance. •Main level heating system . Certain areas are getting low for the attic insulation. Took pictures, would highly recommend getting the insulation levels to specks for better comfort and lower utility bills . System has old technology with the smart valve / ignition system that could eventually fail due to age . Blower wheel has particle build up which is causing the blower to work harder and decreasing air quality would highly recommend a deep chemical wash on the blower wheel . Took pictures . Would recommend a pan switch on this system to prevent any water from getting on the sheet rock. Biggest concern today with the furnace is the blower amps ... the amps are 11.2 on start up which is double on what it should be a lot of this is to do with the blower wheel being dirty would highly recommend cleaning that housing to help with longevity on the blower m
