Added chlorine tablets to drain lines to help clean lines. Checked mechanical and electrical components, all in good shape. Gave condenser coils a chemical wash and applied rust proof waxing. Recommend surge protection to protect units from lightning strikes and power surges. Recommend Apco uv light systems to prevent mold, kill bacteria and viruses, and reduce volatile organic compounds. Recommend performance enhancement systems to reduce load on compressor, help the system to operate smoother and help with electric bill. Systems operating normal at this time.
