Basement Lennox unit not cooling. Found water in the emergency pan, condensate pump full of sludge and debris, drain line partially clogged, condensate pump safety switch not wired in, and system low on refrigerant due to a leak in the refrigerant circuit. Recommend replacing the system. The customer preferred to make repairs and correct charge. I explained to the customer that the refrigerant will leak back out. She understood and requested the temporary fix. I explained to her that if she opted to go with the replacement, I would credit her the cost of repairs towards the system, but that decision will need to made within 30 days.
