Ac repair in Dawsonville Ga. Tested operation of master bedroom system. All components and pressures tested within normal manufacturing spec. Installed low ambient kit on outdoor unit so that system will operate in low outdoor temperatures. System operation normal at this time
Charged system to specks . Calibrated equipment. Ran several air flow test . Replaced thermostat.
•HVAC issues in Dawsonville Georgia . Changed location on supply temp sensor on Unit 5 . Also going to look into the settings on the thermostat to see what the set up is on the heat kit . Was not able to get to the main thermostat for this system due to the son was still asleep and didn’t get access to that controller. Today moved both sensor locations . System never tripped during today’s visit and temperatures came out normal. Also tried calling the representative for Rheem mister Mike and he didn’t answer. •Damper system to the work out room acted up during the call . Reset damper and started working again .
Ac repair in Dawson like. Replaced bypass dampers on unit five and six installed new zone boards for bypass damper‘s. Replaced vapor line thermistor at indoor unit on #6. Ran duct measurement and linear test on both systems. Set airflow for each zone. Need to order leaving air temperature sensors for both units. System operational at this time
No cool Rheem system #5 and #4. Check and find system lock out on safety. System lock out on high static Check and rest zone air flow for each zone and adjust fan speed. Both system operating at this time. Need to order new EWC zone damper to control bypass air for upstairs system #5
Ac service Dawsonville. Completed diagnostic. Found system low on r22 Freon. Leaking out of evap coil. System also has dirty blower wheel and weak capacitor. System also has no water safety. And very gummed up condensate pump. Outdoor system Also has compressor that has high amps and is over stressed and could fail. System needs to be replaced due to age and condition. Having jim come out to give quote.
No cool. Check and find system #5 lock out on low air flow system. Check and reset tstat, connect and tighten loose wire. Turn zone control Bypass off on tstat and let the smart bypass control with pressure. System operating at this time. Warranty service call. No charge to customer
Replaced zone 1 tstat for sons bedroom. Tested system. System operation normal at this time
Discovered bad thermostat for system #5 zone 2. ordered 2 eco net thermostats from apex in lawrenceville. Need to pick them and replace them
Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. No cool main master bedroom. The system locked out and was not cool. System error with bypass limited. Check and find the zone operating properly at this time. Jeff will get with rheem specialists for troubleshooting. Warranty service call.
Complete 7 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. The owner supplied their own air cleaners. Checked electrical and safety switches all ok at this time. Did a combustion test and found basement furnace under fire, worn ignition and flame sensor. The theatre room/closet had a water leak at the exhaust of flue pipe. Redo pipe for flue and no leak present at this time. Replaced ignition, flame sensor and calibrated basement combustion. Did a combustion calibration for theatre/closet furnace. All systems heating at this time.
Complete 1 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. No cool basement theater system. Find zone #3 damper stuck close. Need to replace the damper. Need to order 3" damper and come back to replace. System operating at this time.
