Renew 2 comfort club membership plan and complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Change filter, check the drain and clean a/c coil. Check operations and find system operating within manufacturer spec. No concern at this time. Suggest inline water protection for the system in the attic. Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Came to installed compressor saver and starter for ac system. Tested and system is working normal
1 system A/C prepaid preventative maintenance. Replaced filter and clean condenser coil. Found burnt/pitted main switch and weak starter. Suggest to replace and add a compressor saver for the system. Replaced main switch and installed compressor saver for the condenser. The system is cooling at this time
Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Gave owner $50 for the neighbor referral. Replaced filter and clean condenser coil. Found weak dual starter and hard start kit is on the border weak. Needs to replace both parts to prevent failure. The owner has a home warranty. The system is cooling normally.
Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Owner change own air cleaner, clean condenser coil. Suggest uv light for evaporator coil and surge protection for equipment. System is cooling normally.
Complete 2 cooling pm check. Change both filter, check safety and operations. Install 2 hard start kit for both outdoor unit. Pull and clean blower assembly for upstairs Airhandler. System operating at this time. Need to keep check on charge and rusted evaporator coil.
1 system A/C prepaid preventative maintenance. Replaced clogged filter, drain good and clean condenser coil. Suggest adding compressor saver to help on startup of the compressor and extend the life of the equipment. Installed compressor saver and APCO UV for bacteria and mold prevention. The system is cooling at this time
1 system A/C preventative maintenance and renewal. Replaced the filter. Cleared the drain and cleaned the condenser coil. Found the blower wheel to be dirty and a weak starter. Needs a cleaning for the blower assembly and suggested to add a compressor saver to extend the life of the equipment. The owner declined the repairs. The system is cooling normally.
3 system prepaid preventative maintenance. Replaced the filter. Cleared the drain and cleaned the condenser coil. All 3 systems are cooling normally.
Completed 2 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Replaced filters, checked electrical and safety switches all ok at this time. Flue pipe is foil wall for both furnaces and is good. Found worn ignition and weak flame safety sensor for the downstairs system. Replaced both parts. Did a combustion test and found high oxygen content for both furnaces. Did a combustion calibration for both furnaces for safety and efficiency. Installed low carbon monoxide detectors for upstair and downstair. Tested and everything heating normally at this time.
Completed 2 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Changed both filters. Checked the safety and operations. Found both furnaces operating within manufacturer specs. Adjusted the upstairs gas pressure 3.5" w.c. to improve the temperature for the furnace. Both furnaces are operating at this time. The customer was approved for credit over the phone. The customer was not home to sign the invoice.
Furnace repair call. There is no heat basement system. Found pressure switch stuck open. Clean port and system is now heating normally at this time.
Completed 1 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Change both filters, check safety and operations. Find upstairs system under fire and not meeting manufacturer spec on efficiency. Find downstairs system operating normally. Suggest calibration upstairs furnace. Both systems are operating at this time.
Completed 1 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Did not change air cleaner filter. Tested combustion and found unsafe carbon monoxide levels at 112 ppm. Recommend recalibration. System has no secondary water safety to protect furnace from water damage, recommend adding on. Tested mechanical and electrical components and found no issues. Red flagged furnace, customer wants to wait on recalibration.
