Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Cleaned outdoor units and checked all components. Main level system operation normal. Did not. Hinge filter as it is a 5" filter and I do not have those on my truck. Recommend adding surge protection, compressor saver and up light to prevent mold from growing in the system. Sun room u it still has all the same issues as before but homeowner stated that he's just waiting on it to die

No cool. Found system with low Freon and phaseout unit. Found rusty coil, supply plenum is not insulated and rusty. Found outdoor system draws high amps 12.3 of 18 rated amps at 72 degree outdoor temperature. Found burnt/pitted main electrical switch. System is old and needs to be replace. For repair option, replaced burnt switch, add Freon, needs compressor saver to reduce stress on startup.

Furnace repair call. Issues started around the same time customer changed his thermostats to ecobee. The customer wants to change thermostat back to see if it solves the issue before moving forward with changing dampers.

One system a/c repair and tune up complete. Found weak blower motor controller (5 uf) putting a strain on the blower motor, recommend replacing the part. Found no water safety, recommend adding on. The system is 13 years old, recommend adding hard start kit to take a load off of the compressor to help it run smoother and last longer. The system has no surge protection, recommend adding on. Chemically washed condenser coil. Replaced blower motor controller, installed water safety, installed surge protection on furnace and condenser and installed hard start kit. The system is cooling at this time.

Renew and complete 2 cooling pm check. Did not replace system filter, replace sunroom system filter. Find main system operating normal. Adjust damper to help balance house air flow to improve comfort. Suggest surge protection for out door unit and suggest APCO Air purifier to help prevent molding and improve air quality. Find sunroom system operating but have lot of worn parts due to age. Fan motor not balance and making noise, compressor operating stress with high amp, dirty duct system, rusted coil, and pitted contactor. Due to system suggest to upgrade system and not repair. Both system operating at this time.

1 furnace pm check complete. Changed filter. Tested static pressure, its reading 1.01 w.c. When max static pressure for furnace is rated for 0.5 w.c. System's return air is under sized. System has no water safety and is therefore not up to code, recommend adding on. Found dirty blower wheel with pieces of foam stuck on wheel. Removed foam bits but I do recommend a deep clean on the blower wheel/ assembly. High static pressure is causing the motor to operate at a high amp draw. Gas valve is operating at a higher than maximum amp draw. Found rust on evaporater coil. Due to age and condition of furnace, recommend upgrading to a more reliable, more efficient furnace. Also the heating/ cooling systems are mismatched. Evaporater coil is a c width coil (21 inches) and furnace is d width (24.5 inches). System is heating at this time.
