My only complaint is these are brand new units and have had to have them repaired 3 times now in 7 months.

HVAC tune up. Tested operation of 2 systems. All components tested within normal manufacturing spec. Recommend compressor savers to reduce stress on compressor and reduce energy consumption on start up. Recommend surge protection for systems and ultraviolet light systems to combat organic and viral growth in systems and throughout the home. Systems operation normal at this time
Check system and found no Freon again. Found piston and O ring missing from evaporator coil liquid line connection. Installed new ring and piston. Recharge system with our 410 A to proper Super heat.
Pressure test and leak check. No leaks found. Evacuate system and recharge.
The heating and cooling has been tested on both systems. Missing two 8in supply, two 8in returns, and 4in supply. Home owner said he will paint and install himself. Both systems need to be tested with carbon monoxide tester.
Install team to return to job Monday afternoon to complete job. 2 aprilaire 8466 thermostats need to be mounted and wired. Gas line needs to be connected to lp supply line at furnaces. Homeowner says he had to cut ducting that ran under tub and it needs to be reconnected with metal round collar, bring 6' and 8' pieces and a bag of flex for each just in case. High voltage supply for both furnace should be completed by electrical company that ran it, not our responsibility. Start both systems and test for normal operation
