Completed three system heating maintenance in Gainesville Georgia. Checked heating elements and heating integrity. •Upstairs furnace . Has flex gas line running into the burner assembly. Would highly recommend having that hard pipe for safety. •Upstairs doesn’t have a over flow water safety switch to prevent the drain line from backing up . Would highly recommend to prevent water damage. •Upstairs circuit board is not sending proper voltage to the gas valve . Mother board is bad . Would highly recommend replacing . Main concern found today is the board for upstairs. •Main floor Furnace would highly recommend a water switch on the ground to prevent water damage. •Basement unit . Would highly recommend some form of water safety to prevent water damage . •Family is going with replacing the upstairs board . The board is under warranty but the time / process is not . Went to the supply house to get the board . Installed new board . Also going to fix the flex gas li
