Thank you . •Brenda has allergies and a couple things we can do to help improve that is clean the air movement system / the blower wheel and seal up the duct work that’s falling apart in the crawl space . The lose insulation is allowing the crawl space air to mix with the conditioned air which is no good . •Also the drain line needs to be flush and have water safety to prevent water damage / water settling in the crawl space . There is already water sitting underneath the drain line . Took pictures. Also with the water sitting in there it’s going to cause more moisture issues along with odor. • Brenda is going with the recommendation.
