•Completed a two system tune up in Buford Georgia. Checked the performance and safety of the heating operation. Checked heating elements and amps on motors . Checked integrity. Changed air filters . Equipment is from 2005 . Equipment is 15 years old . •Main floor furnace has a weak ignition and has silca build up would highly suggest replacing that electrical part to prevent future issues with the heating equipment. •Main floor has a rusty R22 coil that could eventually lead to R22 leaks . Took pictures. •Would recommend the water safety mechanics be upgraded To a water pan switch. •Flame reader wire terminal shows signs of burning the terminal and the insulation. Would recommend replacing the wiring for that electrical part. •Main floor has a weak blower start cap that runs and starts the blower would highly recommend replacing the blower start cap to prevent future break downs. •Main floor is heating at this time but would recommend the repairs above. •U
