Looking over air quality in Hoschton Georgia . Found the air handler does have biological growth growing in the system . Took pictures and videos . Found the growth growing on the drain pan for the Evap coil . Found the biological growth growing on the air handler doors and on the wiring . Biological growth is on the condensation drain line on the pee trap . Going to be giving the family some solutions on how we can create cleaner air and get rid of the biological growth. Would also recommend putting a vent on the drain line with it being in a attic . Family is going with the recommendations on improving the air quality. Going to complete as much as I can today and the rest tomorrow. Will collect half today and the rest when the job is completed.
