Found system low on charge. Found leak in evaporater coil. Ordered new coil from tristate. Will return to replace coil once it comes in.
Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Customer is moving shortly so will not be renewing. Found pressures for system very good. System is draining condensate properly and filter is clean. Customer had issue with freezing at evap coil due to dirty filter it is imperative to keep filter clean so that system can breathe. As of now system is running good.
Fan speed was higher than recommend. Switched it to low. Supply temp dropped. System is running.
Completed diagnostic found thermostat malfunctioning. Turning on emergency heat constantly. Switched out thermostat. System running at this time.
No cool upstairs. Check and find Lennox system lock out on high pressure. Reset and find system operating within manufacturer spec. Show customer how to reset Lennox heatpump lockout. Complete 2 cooling pm check. Change 2 filter and clean ac coil. Both system operating at this.
Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Found blower clean and capacitor good. Changed filter and cleared drain line. Found outside unit electrical components good. Good amps on compressor and fan. Cleaned off condenser fins and recommend surge protector and hard start kit for outside unit. System running at this time
1 system A/C tune-up. Left filter for the owner, cleared drain and clean condenser coil. I could not hear whistle noise/cricket noise. Only thing is some vibration in the walls in the bedroom. The owner told me about the dirty sock syndrome smell. I could not smell it and owner state it's only in heating mode. My only suggestion is installing APCO in the light system in the coil and the supply plenum. System is cooling at this time
Completed one system maintenance. Found both systems to have very dirty blowers and the upstairs system is showing signs of possible mold growth. The downstairs system to had a failing run capacitor. Also, the main level system was low on refrigerant. Filled the mail level with refrigerant and both systems are running.
Furnace repair for the downstairs unit. Signed the client up for a new Comfort Club Membership. Performing heating maintenance. Replaced both of the filters. The downstairs system has a warped shaft for the blower motor but it is still working but not balanced. Installed a compressor saver for both systems. The downstairs and upstairs systems are heating normally.
Replaced the thermostat. Signed the customer up for one Comfort Club Membership plan and completed heating maintenance. Left a replacement filter. Tested the mechanical and electrical components and found a weak capacitor. Recommended repairing. Recommended a hard start kit to reduce the load on the compressor. The system is heating at this time.
Replaced defrost board and sensor. Tested system and found to be heating good. Part is under warranty, charged for labor.
Completed heating maint. Filter is clean. Replaced the capacitor and contactor in the condenser. System is getting up in age but working good.
Diagnosed system. Found charge to be good. Error code was stating the pressure switches are cycling, time delay/control board failure, thermostat short cycle. Ran system in both cooling and heating. Talking with the customer. Determined the defrost board is malfunctioning. Order new board and schedule for following Mon 10-12 to replace.
