Vu did nice work in rerouting an HVAC duct in my basement to allow conversion to a small office. Work was done promptly with due consideration for surrounding personal effects and tools. I enjoy working with Vu, Tom and all of Team Comfort Control !

1 upstairs air handler replaced in Jefferson, thank you for your business! Gavin & Eric
Customer would like to replace air handler for upstairs unit. Having team come out tomorrow to replace.
Ac service Jefferson. Completed diagnostic. Found thermostat bad. Forcing fan to stay on. Replaced thermostat. System working properly at this time.
Heating maintenance Jefferson. Completed one system heating maintenance. Found drain line not adequate. Re ran drain line. Installed inline float switch in secondary and drain pan float switch for better water damage prevention. System inside has clean evap coil and clean blower wheel. However inside does have concerning amounts of mold in system. Outdoor unit has good amps on fan and compressor. Capacitor is good and contactor is good. Recommend compressor saver to take load of. Compressor during start up and allow compressor to live longer.
Ac service Jefferson. Completed diagnostic. Found leak in evap coil. Coil needs to be replaced. Ordering tomorrow and will return Thursday to do replacement.
Ac diagnostic in Jefferson, Georgia. Customer says system is not keeping up. Tested system. Found ductwork setup to not be ideal with distribution boxes. Systemâ€™s water safety is code compliant but has not backup. Found mold growing in system. Found dual capacitor to be very weak (40/5 uf). Found system with no hard start kit. Found system with no surge protection. Recommend ductwork renovation, replacement of capacitor, installing a hard start kit, installing an overflow protection switch, installing surge protection and installing up light system to kill mold and purify air. Replaced capacitor for upstairs system. System is operating at this time.
Completed 2 system maintenance. Found both system 1 year old with clean blower wheels and evap coils. Filters are good. Drain lines are clear. System has no secondary water safety device to protect system as well as house from water damage. System would also benefit from having electro static filter installed to better filter air and keep system and home cleaner longer. As well as UV light treatment to kill any and all bacteria viruses allergens in the air that could cause harm to residents. Outdoor systems have good pressures and working electrical components. All amps on motors are good. Capacitor is good. Contactor is clean. Coils are clean. System outside would benefit from having compressor saver and surge protector installed to allow system to live as long as possible.
Installed both inline and drain pan float switch to upstairs system. Tested system and both switches. System cooling at this time.

Sign 1 CCI plan and complete cooling pm check. Find 5 year old Trane system operating with in manufacturer spec. Find system missing inline water protection and missing P-trap for proper drainage of water. Find duct system R6 and not insulation properly for system in attic, find upstairs badroom under size in duct work and need to replace 1 6â€ duct to a 8â€ duct for better air distribution. Find zone control worn and overheated resistor, worn damper system. Suggest to upgrade zone system.
On site found main floor heatpump to have secondary motor controller to have no reading. Replaced motor controller system is operating and cooling at this time.
Completed tune ups. Downstairs system is 15 years old with leaking evap coil and dirty blower wheel also has weak run capacitor and no water safety attached. Cleared drain line. Outdoor unit has decent pressures. Cleaned off coil. Amps are good but capacitor is weak and contactor is weak. Upstairs system is 6 years old with clean evap coil and clean blower wheel cleared drain line. System has no water safety attached. Outdoor unit has good pressures. Cleaned off coils. Amps on motors are good and capacitor and contactor is good.
Completed diagnostic. Found condensate pump clogged. Cleeaned out pump and drain line. System cooling properly.
1700 sq ft R-38. 6 - 6x10, 2 - 6x12, 2 - 6x14, 3 - 4x10 HF registers. Increase both master 6â€s to 8â€s
