Jon Fowler came out as an emergency service call and he was very much in line with the CDC Guidelines and wore shoes protection as he entered our home. He systematically checked everything to confirm that there weren’t any similar issues. He was able to identify the issue and quickly resolved the problem. Jon was very polite and courteous and I would highly recommend him.
